Principal Occupation and Business Experience

Mr. Longhi is the independent Chairman of UGI’s Board of Directors. Mr. Longhi served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of UGI Corporation (December 2023 to November 2024). Mr. Longhi previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of United States Steel Corporation, a leading integrated steel producer (February 2017 to May 2017), as well as several other senior executive positions at US Steel, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President (July 2012 to February 2017). Prior, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President (2006 to 2011) and President (2005 to 2006) of Gerdau Ameristeel Corporation. Mr. Longhi also spent 23 years at Alcoa, Inc. in various roles of increasing responsibility since 1982, including as President – Alcoa Wheels International, President – Alcoa Forgings Division, President and Chief Executive Officer – Howmet Castings, and Alcoa Vice President and Group President – Global Extrusions.
