UGI Utilities, Inc. operates a regulated natural gas distribution business and an electric utility. The gas utility serves over 650,000 customers in certificated portions of 46 eastern and central Pennsylvania counties and more than 500 customers in portions of one Maryland county. UGI Utilities provides electric utility service to over 62,900 customers in Luzerne and Wyoming counties in northeastern Pennsylvania through approximately 2,700 miles of transmission and distribution lines and 14 substations.

Mountaineer Gas Company is an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of UGI Corporation. Mountaineer provides a regulated natural gas distribution business to over 200,000 customers in 50 of West Virginia’s 55 counties. Mountaineer’s system is comprised of approximately 6,200 miles of distribution, transmission and gathering pipelines.
