Principal Occupation and Business Experience

Since 2025, Ms. Faraca has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Natural Gas Pipelines, for TC Energy Corporation (TSX, NYSE: TRP), a North American energy infrastructure company that safely moves, generates and stores energy, and she is responsible for leading commercial, operational, safety & technical services, and project execution matters across TC Energy’s regulated natural gas transmission and storage businesses. Prior to that, she served in several leadership roles at TC Energy, including as Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Natural Gas Pipelines (2023 to 2025), President, Natural Gas (2022 to 2023), Senior Vice President, US Natural Gas Operations, Projects, and Technical Operational Services (2021 to 2022), and Senior Vice President, Commercial, U.S. Natural Gas (2020 to 2021). Prior to joining TC Energy, Ms. Faraca served as Chief Commercial Officer (2019 to 2020) and Senior Vice President, Commercial (2018 to 2019) of Enable Midstream Partners. She also served in a number of leadership roles with Enbridge (2001 to 2018) and its predecessors, Spectra Energy and Duke Energy, including as Vice President, Engineering and Construction (2012 to 2018), Vice President, Strategy Development (2011 to 2012), and President, Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline (2007 to 2010).

Ms. Faraca’s qualifications to serve as a director include her strong leadership, operational, asset management, marketing and strategic planning experience as a member of the executive leadership team of an energy infrastructure company as well as her in-depth expertise in the energy industry. Her education (Ms. Faraca received a Bachelor of Science in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines) and experience provide her with operational planning and execution expertise in managing energy businesses.
