Ms. Shea Ballay is the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of UGI Corporation (since 2023). Prior to joining UGI Corporation, Ms. Shea Ballay served as General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at Lotus Midstream, LLC, an independent energy company focused on the development of midstream infrastructure and distribution (2018 to 2023). She also served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Sunoco Logistics Partners LP (2010 to 2017) and as Deputy General Counsel and Chair of Corporate Transactions and Securities at Sunoco (2005 to 2010). Prior to Sunoco, she was a partner in the Corporate and Securities group at Pepper Hamilton LLP.
