Meredith Moore
Ms. Moore joined UGI as Chief Communications Officer of UGI Corporation in 2025. Prior to UGI, Ms. Moore served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Riverbridge Communications, a consulting advisory practice she established in 2013. She provided comprehensive communications counsel — spanning public and media relations, crisis communications, financial communications, change management, brand development, and digital strategy — primarily to global and domestic energy sector clients.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Moore held senior communications roles at NRG Energy, Inc., (NYSE: NRG) a Fortune 500 energy company, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Communications. In that capacity, she oversaw all facets of the communications enterprise for the NRG, Reliant Energy, Green Mountain Energy and eVgo brands.
Ms. Moore holds a B.A. in English from Kenyon College, an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
