Sidd Manjeshwar
Mr. Manjeshwar is Chief Strategy Officer of UGI Corporation (since February 2026), serving as part of the company's executive leadership team. In this newly created role, Mr. Manjeshwar is responsible for formulating and driving UGI's enterprise vision and strategy, and identifying growth opportunities, and leading global strategic initiatives that drive sustainable value creation.
Mr. Manjeshwar most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AdvanSix Inc. (NYSE: ASIX), where he held global responsibility for Controllership, Treasury, Investor Relations, Procurement, Internal Audit, Commercial Finance, Tax, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to AdvanSix, he served as Vice President, Corporate Treasurer and Investor Relations at Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: APD). Earlier in his career, Mr. Manjeshwar served as Chief Financial Officer at FirstLight Power and held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Dynegy Inc., including Vice President, Corporate Finance and M&A, and Treasurer. He began his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers, bringing more than 25 years of combined experience in investment banking and corporate leadership in energy and other industries.
Mr. Manjeshwar holds a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, an M.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University, and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. Mr. Manjeshwar served on the board leadership of the APCI Federal Credit Union Bank (2022 to 2025), United Way of the Greater LeHigh Valley (2021 to 2024) and currently serves on Georgetown University’s MAAC council.
